Krushang Shah is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), one of India most rigorous business schools. After IIMA, he built a career combining technical and marketing depth: most agency founders pick one side or the other, Krushang built fluency in both.
The technical foundation came from working alongside engineering teams on web infrastructure, performance optimization, and data architecture. The marketing depth came from running growth and SEO programs for B2B and eCommerce brands across 15+ verticals. The combination is why Yashvi Konnect engagements move quickly: there is no translation layer between strategy and execution.
What 15+ Years of Practitioner Work Means in Practice
Since 2012, Krushang has led growth and SEO engagements across more than 200 international clients. The work spans every layer of the eCommerce growth stack: technical SEO, semantic SEO, conversion-rate optimization, performance marketing, website speed optimization, and platform development on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom stacks.

Why Split eCommerce Out From B2B
Yashvi Global has been doing B2B lead generation since 2012 with a 98% client retention rate. eCommerce brands kept asking us to take on their work, and we kept delivering quietly. By 2025, eCommerce had become a meaningful portion of the practice but it was hidden under a brand built for B2B audiences.
The decision to launch Yashvi Konnect was driven by three things. First, eCommerce buyers search for different agencies than B2B buyers. A founder running a Shopify store does not search "lead generation agency"; they search "eCommerce SEO agency" or "Shopify growth marketing." Different positioning, different keywords, different content.
Second, the unit economics of eCommerce are different from B2B services: ROAS, contribution margin, AOV, repeat purchase rate matter in ways they do not in B2B. We wanted to communicate that fluency clearly.
Third, splitting the brands lets each grow without diluting the other. Same Krushang. Same senior team. Same standards. Two specializations, two brands, no compromise on either.
