Our Methodology

How We Build Growth Engines for eCommerce Brands

A five-layer methodology built from 15+ years of practitioner work. Senior-led on every engagement, integration-focused across SEO, CRO, and Performance Marketing, anchored to revenue outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

The core idea

Why Integrated Execution Beats Three Separate Agencies

Most growing eCommerce brands end up with three separate vendors: an SEO agency, a CRO agency, and a paid media agency. Each one optimizes for the metric their contract measures. The SEO agency wants traffic. The CRO agency wants conversion rate. The paid media agency wants ROAS. Nobody is responsible for revenue.

When SEO sends low-intent traffic and CRO cannot convert it, both agencies blame the other. When paid media drives ROAS by stealing branded search clicks, organic falls and the SEO agency loses contract renewal. When the developer changes the checkout, all three lose visibility into what broke.

We run all three in one team. One account lead is responsible for revenue. SEO, CRO, and paid media plans are made together. Tradeoffs are visible. The work compounds instead of canceling out.

The framework

Five Layers, Each One Required

A growth engine is a system. Skip a layer and the system fails predictably. Here is what each layer does and why all five matter.

LAYER 01

Foundation: Speed and Development

A slow site cannot rank, cannot convert, and cannot scale paid spend. The foundation layer is Core Web Vitals fixes, server response time, mobile performance, and a stable platform that can support the work above it. We do not start an SEO engagement on a site that takes 8 seconds to load on mobile. We fix the foundation first.

LAYER 02

Visibility: Semantic SEO

Topical authority through entity-based optimization, category-led architecture, internal linking at scale, and structured data. Not keyword chasing. Not content farming. We build durable rankings on category and product pages that compound over 12 to 24 months.

LAYER 03

Conversion: CRO

Funnel optimization, checkout improvements, A/B testing with statistical rigor, mobile UX, trust signals. CRO improves the unit economics of every visitor, paid or organic. Better conversion rate makes paid media profitable, makes SEO investment more valuable, and makes the founder sleep better.

LAYER 04

Demand: Performance Marketing

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube. Optimized for contribution margin, not just ROAS. Account structure rebuilt around buyer intent and product profitability. Creative testing as a system, not as a one-off project. Smart bidding tied to actual unit economics.

LAYER 05

Measurement: Analytics and Attribution

GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, attribution modeling, contribution margin reporting. Without proper measurement, the four layers above are guesswork. We set up measurement first, often before any optimization work begins, so every decision is grounded in real data.

Engagement structure

What Happens From Day One to Quarter Four

Weeks 1 to 2

Onboarding

Access setup, baseline measurement, audit refresh, team introductions. We document the starting state so we can prove progress later. You meet the senior practitioners on your account, not just an account manager.

Weeks 3 to 12

First 90-Day Plan

Foundation fixes (speed, tracking), quick wins (high-leverage CRO tests, broken SEO), and cluster strategy launch. Most clients see meaningful results by week 8.

Months 4 to 12

Compound Phase

Cluster expansion, sustained CRO testing program, ad account scaling, content production cadence. This is when the real work happens. Most agencies overpromise quick results and underdeliver here. We do the opposite.

Every 90 days

Quarterly Business Review

A strategic review with you and Krushang. What worked, what did not, what to change for the next 90 days. No theatre. Honest assessment, including when our work fell short.

Prioritization

ICE Scoring and What We Say No To

We score every potential workstream on three dimensions: Impact (how much will this move revenue), Confidence (how sure are we it will work), and Ease (how much effort to ship). High impact, high confidence, low effort wins.

When clients ask us to ship work that scores poorly, we push back. Common examples: "redesign the homepage" (high effort, low confidence in impact), "blog more" (low ease, low confidence on conversion), "add a chatbot" (low impact for most stores).

Who does the work

No Bait and Switch

See the full team

In typical agency engagements, the founder pitches you, the salesperson signs you, and a junior analyst executes. By month three you barely remember who you originally talked to. We do not work that way.

Krushang Shah is involved on every engagement. Bhavin Sathavara as COO oversees operations. Senior specialists (Tarak Vora, Rahul Tripathi, Fazil Khan) lead service delivery in their domain. Production team members (Rajesh Rajpoot for development, Anish Shah for multimedia, Dhruv Gagnani for design, Ujjaval Prajapati for SEO operations) execute under senior direction.

Your account does not get handed off to someone you never met. That is not a marketing promise, it is how we structure work because it is how good work gets done.

Pricing

Retainer vs Project, and When Each Makes Sense

We work two ways: ongoing retainer engagements for SEO, CRO, and Performance Marketing (work that compounds over time) and fixed-scope project engagements for Speed Optimization and Web Development (work with a defined deliverable).

Retainer (Monthly)

For SEO, CRO, and Performance Marketing. 6-month minimum commitment. SEO from 45,000/month. CRO from 50,000/month. Performance Marketing from 35,000/month plus ad spend. Most engagements run 75,000 to 2,50,000/month.

  • SEO from ₹45,000/month
  • CRO from ₹50,000/month
  • Performance Marketing from ₹35,000/month plus ad spend
  • Most engagements run ₹75,000 to ₹2,50,000/month depending on scope

Project (Fixed)

For Speed Optimization and Web Development. Defined deliverable, defined timeline, defined price. Speed projects from 35,000. Web Development projects from 85,000. Final price depends on scope and platform.

  • Speed projects from ₹35,000
  • Web Development projects from ₹85,000
  • Final price depends on scope and platform

We do not offer "audit packages" or one-time SEO setups. Compounding work needs ongoing investment. If your budget cannot support 6 months of retainer work, we are honest about that and either recommend a project-only approach or recommend a different agency.

Communication cadence
