Yashvi Konnect ("we", "us") provides professional services rather than physical or digital products. This Policy describes our approach to refunds and cancellations across our service categories.
All engagement-specific refund and cancellation terms are documented in the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") signed before each engagement. Where this Policy and an MSA conflict, the MSA controls. This Policy describes our default position and applies where the MSA is silent.
Nothing in this Policy or any MSA restricts statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
1. Free Growth Audit
The Free Growth Audit is provided at no cost. As no payment is exchanged, no refund applies. The audit is a delivered service: a 15 to 25 page PDF and a 30-minute Loom video walkthrough delivered within 5 business days of read-only access grant. Krushang reviews every audit before delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with the audit deliverable, contact us at hello@yashvikonnect.com within 14 days of delivery. We will review the feedback and either revise the audit or explain our reasoning. We reserve the right to decline revisions where they fall outside the original scope.
2. Monthly Retainer Engagements (SEO, CRO, Performance Marketing)
Retainer engagements have a six-month minimum commitment as documented in the MSA.
2.1 Cancellation during the minimum term
During the first six months, retainer engagements may be cancelled only for material breach by us. Material breach is defined in the MSA. Cancellation under this provision triggers our cure-period obligations as documented in the MSA. If cancellation is upheld, we refund any prepaid fees for the remaining months prorated, less any work-in-progress costs.
2.2 Cancellation after the minimum term
After six months, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. The current month and the notice month are billable in full. No refund applies to those months. Work-in-progress is delivered or, at our discretion, paused with no fee adjustment.
2.3 No partial-month refunds
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Mid-month cancellations do not result in partial refunds.
2.4 7-day cooling-off period for new clients
For first-time clients on a retainer, a 7-day cooling-off period applies from the MSA effective date. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of any advance payment, less any out-of-pocket costs we have incurred (third-party tooling, paid media spend already deployed). After the 7-day window, the engagement minimum applies as set out in Section 2.1. This cooling-off period aligns with consumer-protection expectations under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and is offered without prejudice to any further statutory rights you may have.
3. Fixed-Scope Project Engagements (Speed Optimization, Web Development)
Project engagements are billed in milestones as documented in the MSA. The standard structure is 50 percent on engagement start and 50 percent on delivery. Work product (code, configuration, deliverables) transfers to the client on full payment of the relevant milestone invoice. On partial payment, work product is retained by Yashvi Konnect until payment is complete.
3.1 Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel before work commences (typically before our team is allocated and discovery begins), we refund the kickoff payment less a 10 percent cancellation fee covering scoping work already performed.
3.2 Cancellation after work begins
Once work is in progress, cancellation forfeits prior milestone payments. Future milestones not yet invoiced are not billable. We deliver any work completed up to the cancellation date.
3.3 Disputes over deliverable quality
If a delivered project does not meet the specifications agreed in the MSA, we will revise the deliverable at no additional cost. Where revisions are unsuccessful and the breach is material, we refund the relevant milestone payment.
4. Setup and One-Time Fees
Setup fees (analytics setup, GTM configuration, attribution architecture) are non-refundable once delivered, as the work is complete and the configuration belongs to your business going forward.
If a setup deliverable is materially defective, we will revise it at no additional cost.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is approved under this Policy or the applicable MSA:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer for Indian clients, international wire for international clients)
- Processing timeline is 7 to 15 business days from approval
- Bank or wire transfer fees may be deducted from refund amounts where applicable
- GST refunds (where the original invoice included GST) are processed in accordance with GST law
6. Dispute Resolution and Grievance Escalation
If you disagree with our refund or cancellation decision, we encourage informal resolution first. Email hello@yashvikonnect.com with the dispute details. We respond within 7 business days.
Where informal resolution fails, the dispute is escalated under the dispute resolution provisions of the relevant MSA, which typically provide for arbitration in Ahmedabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 retain their rights under that Act, including the right to file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Nothing in this Policy or any MSA limits statutory consumer rights.
